Cancellation & Return Policy

At Ruhaila | Indstyle Traders, we take great care in packing and dispatching our products. Since we deal in hand embroidery materials such as beads, zari, kundan, and embellishments, please read our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • To request a cancellation (before dispatch), please contact us immediately at indstyletraders@gmail.com or +91-9412462375.

2. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Minor quantity variation

  • Few or some beads missing

  • Slight color or size variation due to manufacturing or screen display

  • Change of mind after purchase

Due to the nature of embroidery materials, small variations are considered normal and acceptable.

3. Replacement Policy (Defective Products Only)

Replacement will be provided only in the following case:

  • If the entire lot / complete packet (full slot) received is defective or unusable

Important Conditions:

  • Replacement will not be provided if only some beads are missing

  • Replacement will not be provided for partial defects

  • The issue must affect the complete lot, not a small portion

4. Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the defect in the entire lot

  3. After verification, an approved replacement will be arranged

Replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification by our team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

All products sold by Ruhaila | Indstyle Traders are non-returnable, except in cases where a full-lot defect has been confirmed and approved for replacement.
